Skipton was really helpful throughout. The only difficulty was at the end when they passed the mortgage details to their lawyer and we weren't sure what was happening.

The Staff are very helpful and will guide you thro various form filling /transfers etc. if your not quite sure about something.

I think I'm right in saying that Skipton are the leaders in Channel island banks as regards interest rates. I look on line for the up to date Rates as these days they often change.

They have an incoming payment deadline of noon, so you can lose up to 3 days interest over a weekend, without realizing, unless you can be bothered to read pages of small print.
