Their stand of service seems to have fallen down from what it used to be years ago. Mistakes in printing statements or post not arriving (wonder why) & they have not even thought of installing an Online System. Time to adopt modern technology.
Product Review:
The products are slightly better than the rest. An Online Portal will be a tremendous leap good for Skipton and beneficial to the customers. Skipton should try to install this asap.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately there was an issue that delayed printing a small number of statements that was promptly corrected. As our news page (https://www.skiptoninternational.com/news/investing-for-the-future) shows Skipton International is investing in a new banking platform that should (from late next year) support a Customer Portal.

I wrote a letter containing bond maturity instructions, which weren't followed. I expected a contact call to confirm the provisional opening of a new bond & for you to wait until I funded with additional cash. Instead you just went ahead & opened the new bond regardless. And now I have to open a separate bond with that additional cash. you didn't respond confirming the BACs transfer details & that you had comprehended the instructions - as requested.
