Excellent service from Lorraine in Jersey, kept me updated particularly after vendor delayed the sale and mortgage offer ran out whilst waiting for a new court date. Made aware of new offers as they were published- made a stressful situation much easier to bear - thank you Lorraine at Skiptons!

I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency with which my new account was processed. I appreciate the way in which Jan Stuckey kept me informed in writing confirming receipt of funds, conformation certificate.
Product Review:
In today's climate this product appears to give me a good rate of interest, obviously in common with all savers we are looking for the sort of interest rate that has been available in the past, but compared with what is currently on the market. I am satisfied that this is a fair rate.

Not easy to rate a mortgage but interest rate seems reasonable and the product fee was waived as a special offer which is good.
