The reason I havn´t marked excellent is that I am asked for my complete password for telebanking - with previous finanacial providers only certain letters are required. I feel this may be a security risk.

The mortgage advisor was very helpful and informative before hand with e-mails, then once I had a meeting with him the constant updates after that with approval etc were spot on.

On visit to office. On arrival we had a friendly welcome. The receptionist asked how she could be of help. We were shown into an office and a helpful employee dealt with our transactions in a professional and speedy manner.
