I would recommend Skipton as the customer care team are always very helpful and I consider that in this age of tech it is nice to be able to talk to a company that still maintains the old fashioned values of good customer service.

It was very straightforward; we already had Skipton International accounts and this transaction was setting up another. This was done with total efficiency.

A one year bond with a competitive interest rate. Obviously, like all investors, I would prefer all interest rates to be higher. (However I do appreciate the disastrous effect that that would have upon an economy crippled by Covid and Brexit.)

The service has been consistently reliable and the staff helpful. Although I haven't met your staff (it's been years since I visited your offices) it is a relief to be dealing with a person on your premise and not in a call centre.

I think that at this endlessly difficult time for safe investments your products are the best I can get. Obviously like other savers I would like a higher interest rate. For this reason I won't attempt to rate the product. As I can't send this without rating the product I will give it three stars, but this is meaningless.
