The savings account has reasonable interest rate in these exceptional times. However I had to spot this account and change over from my existing account with a lower rate. I really think that this should be pointed out and done automatically for existing customers and not just for new customers.

Although I have online access to my accounts I do not always have reliable internet access or mobile phone (I am a Captain in Merchant Navy so am away from home - and land - for at least 6 months of the year) so phoned up to make quite a few changes to my accounts. I spoke at length with Natalie and everything went perfectly and clearly - which was also followed up by a confirming email
