I have always found the service excellent. The staff are very helpful and you are never passed from one department to another having to explain what you want 50 times! They always have time for you - keep up the good work!

In August, telecon to Shane from abroad. Three separate requests, all finalised efficiently in 9 minutes. In October, telecon to Jo. Two requests, she confirmed results in 3 minutes. Well done Skipton International.
Product Review:
Interest rates over the years have met my market expectations, with one exception which was low - but within months that account was replaced by a fair rate with a successor account. Overall, good rates which match or exceed the comparator market deals.

Would be 5 star if online banking available to individuals rather than just to business users.
Most important is a feeling of trust that Skipton won't let us down. They need to be reliably "always there for us".
NOTES TO FEEFO:-
1) You need to make it easier for users to reject all cookies other than those essential to leave a review. Many sites provide a "Reject All except essential cookies" button. I DON'T want anything to be used to provide me with personalised advertisements on this or any other website, or to have anyone track my movements on the internet - NOT ACCEPTABLE.
2) Last time I went through this process (repeatedly) my review was never registered. In future, if this happens, I will just delete any future requests for a review.
