Prompt feedback. Professional. Esp during the pandemic. The experience is awesome.

The valuation of property especially in the rental projection was not up-to-date and not keeping up with the recent rental market (from Rightmove or Zoopla etc). The projected rental is under estimate. Thus the final product offer was not as competitive as anticipated.

Very fast turnaround from application to offer in less than 3 weeks. Good communication from the team throughout the process. This was the second remortgage on the property and ten times better than the first lender.
