Not only do Skipton International offer highly competitive interest rates, they also provide probably the best service I have ever received from any financial institution. Phone calls are usually answered quickly (no long waits with interminable music), enquiries are answered and instructions carried out promptly and without fuss, and all this is done in an invariably friendly and polite manner. They are moreover willing to be flexible - for instance allowing me recently to withdraw funds a few days early from a notice account without interest penalty.
Very highly recommended!

It can be an auto alert that tells the customer to sign in and look at the message

I had a bad experience with the company Skipton engaged to carry out the valuation of my property. This cost me money, and reflects badly on Skipton International as they engaged them.

Thankyou for your feedback, which I have had investigated. Skipton uses a panel of Royal Chartered Institute of Surveyors registered valuers to ensure each has the required skills and experience to undertake independent property valuations. We dealt directly with Nathan Machon who was always contactable directly. At one point things got very difficult with the people we were buying from and Nathan was the other end of the phone straight away, escalated to management and had the problem dealt with within 24 hours. Really excellent, personal service.
