However, it seems take a bit longer than expected to complete the process.
Also it will be better to have a full procedures to guide customer step by step to complete with a timeline.

The process was thorough (in terms of anti-money laundering etc) , which gave me good confidence in them as an organisation. The process itself was well managed and the appointed conveyor was very helpful.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you do not consider Skipton looked after you. I have had your comments investigated and can confirm that at each stage of the application Skipton responded within 24 or 48 hours, however, we were frustrated by significant delays in gaining complete application details from the broker. Also, the developer was slow in providing access for the valuer. In the circumstances and with prompt turnarounds at Skipton I cannot see what better service Skipton could have provided. Again, I am sorry your overall experience was poor, but again this appears for reasons outside of Skipton's control. Kind regards Jim Coupe Managing Director
