Communication was good. I got an email to explain the online conveyancing system, confirm completion had taken place as well as a note to explain that the first month's payment would include an extra element for the few days the funds were transferred till the end of the month. I would recommend to friends.

Mortgage representative, Nathan Machon, was helpful and knowledgeable in his field. Offered various options that suited my request. Nathan was flexible when arranging appointments, was friendly and approachable.

Dealing with Skipton is a pleasure mainly due your long serving employee Mr Ju Francart who always look after us so well. In many institutions now customer service does not really exist, but thankfully at Skipton its alive and thriving.

I am very satisfied with Skipton International's service. The requested documents list is very clear such that the background review stage was smooth. I was particularly grateful that during the property evaluation stage, there had been some defects found and Skipton still allowed us to fix in a reasonable period of time before the second valuation. After the offer acceptance, the legal portal provided another efficient dashboard that allowed us the upload required documents conveniently.

They are promising for mortgage loan to release in time once approved.
