Most of the process was handled by a broker on my behalf. The application was relatively straightforward. I was dismayed that they insisted on a UK address to serve notices - not suitable for expats.

Communication was great. I was a little unsure of the mortgage process but Elloise did a fantastic job of making sure I knew what to do every step of the way. She always responded in a timely manner and was very patient.

My interaction with the entire team, that is, from the beginning of the inquiry until the final step was very pleasant and pleasurable.
At every step of the process I was kept informed and was given an ETA for the time
and queries I had during the process.
I would highly recommend Skipton International to the people looking for re-mortgaging the property.
