Endless repetition of documents to be sent, re-sent then sent again. Very close to calling it all off and going with another provider or family funds. Understand money laundering check requirements but it is annoying, unprofessional and extremely inconvenient to keep sending the same items in over and over. If they have been lost be honest enough to say that rather than waste our time and delay matters by several weeks.

Paul that I dealt with at Skipton was very knowledgeable, approachable and made what can be quite a daunting experience easy to navigate. In addition, his colleagues were also very happy and able to assist where needed. I would highly recommend Skipton, especially Paul to friends and colleagues.
