The option of being able to renew the savings bond by automatic roll over at maturity makes the process more easy and efficient than that offered by many other savings providers.

I emailed Skipton re interest statement for my tax return. They did not reply in a week! I telephoned several times and held in a queue for thirty minutes with no reply . I then used online mailing and had a reply to say statements would be prepared and sent in the next two weeks with no further information. My tax return deadline is before that time

All very acceptable. I appreciate that they print on both sides of paper. I deal with an invest co. in Luxembourg. Page after page with just a few lines on one side and sometimes in linen backed envelopes. All quite unnecessary - and paid for with our money.

Good rates at times. I had one slip up when my instructions not acted upon. After ringing them it was all put right
