Easy to deal with, every time you call you speak to somebody no long automated menus.
Every request is met with a helpful positive attitude.
They also do what they say they are going when make changes, you don't have to keep phoning back to check what has happened.

Very competitive interest for my savings, hard to find better in the market. Only thing is I have to keep an eye on the accounts to keep the best deal for myself.

What I like is that everything is easy with Skipton International's website once logged in and the account all laid out in a convenient manner.

Interest rates are competitive; but the 200 Day Notice Savings Account should be reviewed internally and the term reduced to be additionally competitive with others.

The guy I spoke to about buy to let mortgages started enthusiastically, but dismised me in a rather cursory manner when he discovered that I was too old. Frankly, I felt rather offended, victimised and tossed on the scrap heap. Not that it was his fault. It is Bank policy.
