This rating is based on MANY years of exceptional service, nothing is too much trouble.
Interest rates have improved and now some fixed rates are really competitive, add both
good rates and wonderful service, that is why we have ben satisfied customers for many years.

A five year fixed rate bond, interest rate is reasonable, would have scored 5 stars IF monthly income had been available.

The initial setup of the documentation was difficult as some data we submitted was incorrectly input into their own documentation (including both our email addresses, which cause a bit of an issue as someone with the same name as me received our mortgage information). However once that was finally fixed and a few errors corrected, the rest of the process was very smooth and worked without any problems. The account managers and people we emailed were attentive and quick to reply to our queries, and we were very pleased they were able to expedite our application in order to ensure we managed our completion date. All in all, aside from the shaky start, very good service.
Product Review:
In the end were were able to get the mortgage we required without any issues in fulfilling the documentation needed. Some of the rules for the mortgage were a little odd and we needed some clarity, but in the end it all worked out well.

Thank you for your feedback. I have had the data entry error investigated and I apologise for this. It was a human error that should not have happened and also should have bene identified earlier. The team and individuals concerned are receiving additional training to minimise the change of a reoccurrence. I am pleased that the rest of our service achieved the standards we aspire too.
