Staff are excellent. Rated down as I opted to use the online service…login too complicated, website confusing to use. Need a proper app with biometric login

Very easy and quick response to my question.

So friendly, easy to get to a staff member that can help. The staff even contacted me the next day to inform me of a better way to invest.

On-line account opening facilities excellent. Particularly good was the video verification process via Zoom to verify identification and address documentation.

I’ve been both a borrower & saver with Skipton Int for a number of years and they have been really easy, flexible and supportive to deal with in both fields, I would personally highly recommend their services…

Ease of dealing with maturity of bond

I sent an enquiry by email and received and reply by telephone, my questions were answered and new products offered. Great to receive such personal service. I would highly recommend

I find the logging on process a bit tortuous and had to contact the office once because I had a new mobile phone. Also do not log out so quickly due to inactivity - I may be updating my records.

Since becoming a customer of Skipton, I have been favourably impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of every telephone customer service person I've dealt with. AND HUGELY appreciative about the extremely sensible and neat ID process takes place. So unlike the 'we-think-you-are-a-criminal' process - and manner - that every other company, especially Banks, operate. Their staff are 'allowed' to talk to customers condescendingly, aggressively, and, quite frankly, in a smart-alec versus simply polite way. Not all Bank staff, but the majority. Who take it upon themselves to 'exceed' the instructions they are set. This human condition is not unknown. But Skipton's boss and managers have stopped this kind of 'creep' taking place in its customer service process. Thank you!
