As a Senior Mortgage Underwriter for Skipton, Tom Pattimore has exceeded our expectations throughout the complete mortgaging process. With immense professionalism, Tom has steered us through the application process, promptly assessed our finances, helped us to assess their surveyor's report, suggested payment options, and lifted our spirits several times when house purchases fell through due to no fault of our own during lockdown. Throughout, he has been patient, persistent, approachable and an immense support. Tom has been dedicated and instrumental in helping us purchase an amazing family home.

Treat loyal existing customers the same as new ones instead of offering lower savings rates in the hope that customers wont notice. How does this fit with mutual ethos ?
