The service and staff continue to be efficient and effective. The areas of improvement needs to be within the website where comms links could be introduced to support ongoing actions or changes to be made in account structure.

Whilst I found your on-line sign up process rather clunky (plus you don't have an App), the customer helpline was answered quickly and the individual was able to walk me through the process ie knowledgeable, polite etc. Overall a great experience and far better than the main banks where they are very impersonal.

This is the first time that Skipton International has offered an existing client a better rate than its main competitors on a one year fixed deposit bond. A rate of 2.10% was great, this rate isnt on your website and it was better than Conister's 2.05%.at the time of renewal, although Conister has increased it's rate to 2.25% since then for a 1 Year FD Bond. Skipton's service is also great, very easy to deal with.

With the impending increases in the BoE interest rates, customers could be advised by email of the latest increase in Skipton product interest rates, without having to log on to the website. This alert could well attract 'new money' as in my case.
