Good and professional service

I called Skipton and within 24 hours, I had a meeting set up and had my mortgage in principle, very fast and efficient service.

I did a refunded in click of a button. On a new purchase the process is easy and managed to be the least burden on the customer!

Very good customer service, however set up fixed rate bond, within a couple of days interest rate increased, however it would have nice to get the increase rather than be stuck in a lower rate. One should be able to close the account, lose that interest rate and reopen and obtain the best interest rate. This would make your customers very happy.
