Reasonable flexible account(s) allowing on line transactions. Good solutions for our requirements for Sterling accounts. Since we are not currently resident in the UK (England) we have been obliged to close a number of our UK bank accounts, which was actually more than annoying.

My recent experience involved transactions in three different accounts. I would have rated the service received as five stars but for minor cases of lack of coordination between different staff members, what one might describe as a lack of communication between 'right hand and left hand'.
That said, this led to only minor inconvenience and the overall level of service was excellent and the product on offer of similar high merit.
