Always quick to turn around queries.
Skipton are very expensive (hence 4 stars) but the service levels are 5*

Online account access should be made available to customers
Also, I’m extremely unhappy with Skipton’s choice of Conveyancing company (Conveyancing Direct). This legal firm is an embarrassment to Skipton - they have no clue what customer service means ! I would be happy to discuss these issues further if Skipton are interested to know more

A lovely lady assisted us as soon as we walked in. She was friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. We always have an excellent experience when we use Skipton's services. It's just amazing customer service - something that's now sadly missing with most of the major clearing banks. Thank you.

The staff who answer the phones are charming, knowledgeable and organised and find our accounts quickly.
We appreciate the fact that they advise if there are any more favourable rates of interest and we have had accounts with Skipton for many years so that speaks for itself!
