This is actually the second fixed term saving account I have had with Skipton. I was so pleased with the original service that I went back to them. The process is now more complex in some respects but certification of identity is now improved with Zoom. Skipton answered the phone & easily + quickly answered my questions when I needed to talk to them.

When you ring Skipton you don’t have to wait long to get straight through to an adviser. Unlike some other companies were you end up going through menu options and waiting whilst listening to music. My experience is they are very helpful and nothing too much trouble. Savings interest rates are also very favorable at the moment.
