the service was prompt, efficient and informative detailing the exact information required by them especially since some requirements made it a little bit difficult for me but accessible non the less. the correspondence was very friendly and patient and trustworthy.

Je n'ai pas mis 5 étoiles parce que j'ai eu à attendre avant d'avoir un interlocuteur (on m'a rappelée au cours de l'après-midi). Sinon la personne a été capable de répondre à mes questions. Le système est moins bien rodé que celui d'autres banques et building societies avec qui j'ai à faire. Par exemple, ailleurs je peux avoir des relevés papiers par la Poste et AUSSI accéder à la banque en ligne. Chez Skipton International on me dit que c'est l'un ou l'autre. Pourquoi?

I like the fact that I can manage my accounts online. Also, when my one year fixed bond expired, I was given the option to open a new fixed bond with a reduced minimum amount, because I am an existing client.

When I telephoned to enquire what the rate would be on my maturing deposit I was pleasantly surprised that new interest rates showing that day had gone up from 3.50% to 4.10% for a 1 year fixed deposit. Instructions were held to have my interest paid at maturity and then I also asked for another amount to be transferred to me before investing the remaining funds on to the 1 year fixed account which will mature on 15/11/23. I have today received the funds into my account so thank you very much for the efficient service I received.

Opening the account was very straight forward. The security and verification process gives me comfort that my money is secure. Where help and guidance was necessary, the support provided was professional and helpful. I would recommend Skipton International to colleagues without reservation.

There was no automatic acknowledgement of my emailed application, which led me to contact them after not hearing anything from them. However my email to customer service was answered immediately. Opening the account took two weeks but this seems to be the norm now with due diligence, especially for overseas residents. Once I had my account number, customer service was excellent via phone and email. The interest rate for their fixed term account is far superior to what I could achieve in my country of residence.
