After setting up a new investment of 4%, I then phoned to change the interest payment method, I was told of a new investment 4.3% instead of the 4% so I agreed to change. When the paperwork arrived it was 4.1% ??
I didn't phone to ask why as the difference is so small.

Very efficient and very friendly……making the process simpler than others. The fact that video calls were offered to authenticate passports has made the account opening much more straightforward than Skipton competitors. I am much more aware of the brand now.

As all transactions were conducted over the phone the only thing I can say is that all the ladies I spoke to were very pleasant and helpful and I was pleased with the prompt reminders when my investment came to maturity.

I have always had excellent service from the company!
As I live in Jersey, questions regarding interest rates have been over the phone and without exception, all staff have been charming, knowledgeable and patient.
I particularly like the cooling off period which, at this time, with fluctuating interest rates, is a real bonus and gives time to make decisions regarding accounts.
