Easy, simple and fast setup - the Zoom certification is a fantastic offering - the staff - friendly, charming and efficient - couldn't be a happier customer ;O) - maybe some of the 'competition' should take a leaf out of their 'cheque book!'

The process was fairly simple with nothing exceptional or disappointing other than what is required by regulation such as having to go through the ID process again as a recent customer. There did seem to be quite a delay in getting notified that everything was set up.

I turned up without an appointment to discuss maturity of a bond and reinvesting. Everything was explained very well and I felt confident in the transaction I made.

I had to telephone to see what interest my account was earning, only to find it was disgracefully low. It would appear that it is my responsibility to check the website and ask for my account to be upgraded to a better rate of interest when it becomes available. There was no hesitation to lower the interest rate when it suited. I do not feel I should have to constantly check their website, they should automatically increase my interest rate as it becomes applicable.

The attitude of everybody that I was in contact with following the death of my husband was very efficient, pleasant and helpful. Customer Service was top rate. The continued service I have received for myself personally moving forward has been equally impressive. One of the most professional, customer focussed organisations I have dealt with in a long while. The only issue that I found was not to the highest standard was the delay between notifying Skipton of the death of my husband and ALL areas of the organisation being notified and his contact details being removed from the records i.e. they continued to send out emails addressed to my husband even though they had acknowledged his death.
