The service team were very accommodating and understanding of our requirements. They bent over backwards to make the whole process of opening accounts and arranging online access as smooth and hassle free as possible.

The savings accounts did not provide the highest rates of interest but they were the easiest for us to open.

Considering the extreme lack of customer service these days in everything, Skipton International are a breath of fresh air and have gone above and beyond for me. It's not easy to open a interest paying savings account as an Expat, but they made the whole process easier and achievable unlike other institutions. They have definitely won me over as a lifetime customer, and I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Mostly excellent and good turnaround. One frustration, they unexpectedly decided to use separate solicitors for themselves which has really slowed down and delayed completion. That is most frustrating, added to cost and I don't know why this was necessary, but otherwise - good.
