Telephone help is extremely good and very friendly.
I cannot quite say that for the registration of the mobile device.It's ok until the device is registered with the HID APP,but the Website then falls down,so to speak, when one is asked to ``log in to your account''. One must close everything and re-open because there is no button visible to log on.You should instruct your IT guys to provide one-it's somewhat confusing at that juncture.

I contacted Skipton with a savings query and they phoned by back straightaway and offered me a competitive product which I had no hesitation investing in. Their response time was excellent. Many banks send you a message saying they will try and get back to your query within several days whereas Skipton phoned me within hours. Well done.

Not only do Skipton offer great savings rates they also offer a cooling off period so that if rates go up just after you have invested you can switch into a new product if it is offering a better return. This is true customer service rarely available these days. Excellent.

The Service is very good, we were waiting for an answer on a specific question and thought we would get an email to say we have correspondence in our Mailbox, which generally happens. We enventually logged into Skipton just to see if we had a reply and we had, which came through the day after we asked the question. We have found Skipton excellent and have been with them for many years.

Skipton has a personal and professional service which most other banks lack. I don’t feel like a number or speaking to a computer when I contact them. It’s is so refreshing has what most other banks lack. They have very competitive rates and offer too service with a human touch.
