Excellent online support - I had an answer within 30 minutes. Quick and easy to apply for a new bond online. Easy to see account balances and information.

I dealt with Tina and she was very helpful and I decided to close my 200 account and open 120 day account and also opened a 1 year fixed deposit paying 1% which enabled me to split my Investment.

I had a buy to let mortgage through Skipton International. As an ex-pat, it is difficult to find the UK buy to let mortgage.
Skipton made it so easy and the communication was brilliant all the way though.
