They responded to my phone call request efficiently and effectively. What a contrast to a certain investment firm that I deal with, each quarter they send me a large A4 size re-inforced gusset envelope with 7 sheets of paper printed on one side with information that could easily be printed on 4 sides and then folded and sent in a DL size envelope at a fraction of the cost - and I pay for it all!
