I' m disappointed that the interest rates are not consistent. They drop on some accounts and then a better rate is offered on a new account within weeks causing lots of closing and opening of accounts and some lost weeks of interest earnings.

Our only point of contact was Lorraine McLean who was helpful, courteous, and efficient. She looked at our finances, was honest and did exactly what she said she would do.

Really helpful office staff. The receptionist took the time to read my letter when I hand delivered my instructions to see if there was anyone who could deal with it immediately. There was and they made sensible suggestions.

I appreciate that Skipton has to react to changing market conditions in setting terms and rates. It is just a pain to have to have to close an existing account and open a new one. It is a labour intensive procedure both for your staff and customers.

This is an amazingly amateurish survey : Its first request was : Please review your recent experience with Skipton International. What "recent experience"? Although I am a customer of Skipton's, I have not had a "recent experience" - so what are you talking about??? And are you talking about how the staff :- (a) respond to customers? (b) demonstrate their product knowledge? or, perhaps, how the company advertises its product range? WHAT !!

Easy to telephone and directly speak to someone instead of going thru an automatic exchange and the officer was very helpful.
