Good service.

From the start of the process to the end Lucy was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. She was polite, very knowledgeable and always responded/updated us when she said she would. As buying a house is not an everyday task and not something we had done before, Lucy and Skiptons made the mortgage process simple for us. We would highly recommend them.

I visited Skipton to get a quote on a property after being highly recommended by multiple friends and the agent. I dealt with Paul Hyde who was highly praised by everyone that had recommended him. Getting the quote was quick and painless. Thereafter all processes were completed smoothly. The final meeting in order to complete all documentation went extremely well and any questions/potential issues I had were immediately answered. There was always someone available as well to assist if Paul was in meetings. In the future I will definitely be using Skipton as well as recommending them to friends and colleagues.

we have been dealing with Skipton for a number of years personally and as trustees of a retirement annuity trust, it is always reassuring to be able to speak to someone in person at the office or on the telephone, but also the rates and products suit our needs.

I have had no recent experience with Skipton so would you please identify the experience to which you refer ? I am disappointed that I never received any notification or forewarning that third party payments would no longer be respected after 31st October 2019. Also although I send new funds monthly I am not informed of new products with higher rates of interest than I am receiving.

Very prompt and efficient, but too much paper-work. When I 'roll over,' can I not just be sen a single confirmatory docu with the SAME Bond number?
