Great for expats but higher interest rates than regular U.K. mortgages does make you feel a bit ripped off.

The down-valuation was very stressful for me and it seemed my solicitor was requested to provide a lot more information on this property than when I have purchased other properties through other providers. Apart from that, the team seemed responsive and the completion process was very smooth.
