Definitely use them again. Staff are very helpful. Forms are simple and user friendly. I act on behalf of the investor and they have made third party authority easy. Investment rates are very attractive.

I had difficulty getting on to the new online service. Part of the problem may have been the user (me) but I was told that there had been teething difficulties in the early stages. Nevertheless I did find getting set up difficult but fine to use now and a big help.
The staff I spoke to in this regard were however excellent and guided me through with patience.
