It is good to get through quickly on the telephone - very efficient staff working from home.

I have had two conversations during the "lock-down" when the member of staff who said that she was working from home, could only be awarded 10/10 for her patience, politeness and considerable care over customer security. She handled our requirements with the utmost efficiency and gave us complete satisfaction. In these difficult circumstances this was outstanding service.

Great service, especially given the COVID environment, it didn't seem to effect turnaround. With that said, to improve, I would say that more explanatory communication would be beneficial, specifically around timing. simply provide some guidance when to expect certain things, if delays are occurring just let the client know, rather than keeping them in the dark and second guessing what is happening.

They dealt with my request smoothly and efficiently. Also noticed I had an old account that could be transferred to a newer one with a higher interest rate, and offered to transfer my money across immediately

The staff at Skipton International have always been very easy to contact, via phone or email, and are very quick and polite with their responses. Most recently I contacted them about setting up online access to my accounts and they were extremely helpful in making this a secure, yet relatively straight forward process.

Always polite and efficient in dealing with the business in hand. Good understanding and effective without keeping you longer than necessary on phone.

Good general overall service, and in the current circumstances, a good rate of interest when bond renewed beginning of March
