The customer service assistant who answered my call went beyond and suggested a better outcome for me than expected and went away to find information I needed. She kept her promise to call me back with the information. Very happy.

The online platform for Skipton International has a good level of security and is pretty straightforward. The savings rates and simplicity of the savings accounts are appealing.

I sent a letter to Jo Chapman which you can reference. No response. Skipton owes me $22 in bank fees I had to pay on a mistake made by Skipton. When I called AGAIN and happened to speak to Jo she said she would send me an email because she was sure the problem was fixed. No email. Please get to it.

Makes a very pleasant change to be put straight through to a person, not a robot "Press 1..." system, and Jamie-Lee could not have been more helpful. Not only did she deal with my immediate query, but she called back as promised when my cheque arrived. It's sad that good customer service has become unusual, but Skipton International still knows how to provide it.
