When opening a new savings account I came into contact with three members of staff, each one was friendly and very helpful.

The lady who set up our new 40 and 120 day savings accounts was informative and efficient which was a positive Negatives were it was only when we wanted to add additional funds to our existing 40 account that we realized it had paid us no interest.

Telephone enquiries dealt with efficiently and answers to questions clearly explained.

Excellent service from individual staff members when needed. Could not have been friendlier, more helpful or more efficient. And access via the online platform is also incredibly useful and works extremely well.

Great service, always timely, and ready to assist.

1. Maturing deposit accounts disappear too early from the list of accounts prior to maturity before accrued interest payment notifications and maturity documents are issued. 2. Nominated accounts linked for repayments & interest payments to each account should be clearly visible and editable. 3. Secure message composition time out is far too short. 4. Existing customers should be able to clearly see better "retention rates" on offer.

We opened two accounts, one with Skipton International and another elsewhere - the service at Skipton was so much better! Easier application process, great savings rates and, above all, extremely friendly and personable staff.

Staff are good and try to be helpful. Skipton Guernsey feels like a local institution (so would like tosupport) Interest rates are good. But HID app is a struggle to use, I have never been able to access my account on line, meaning when from time to time I consider moving cash from other banks' accounts I end up thinking it would be easier just leaving it there, and give up.
