I found the whole experience of opening an account, from overseas, comparatively straightforward & the staff friendly, helpful & a pleasure to deal with. The zoom call, to verify identity etc. was brilliant, & saved all sorts of aggravation & difficulties, plus helped avoid prolonged delays in opening the account.
I have already introduced a friend to you, & was rewarded accordingly.
Once again, full marks to every staff member I spoke to, which must have been six or seven in total.

Once we have been approved for an account it is simple to set up other accounts or add extramoney to accounts already held. The website is very user friendly

My initial contact was first class. Unfortunately when I brought the funds & paper work, that part was inept and worrying. I had to keep phoning to check it was all in hand. Took forever for the cheque to clear, the bank was expecting it immediately not a out 3 weeks to a month later.

I always deal with Sue Shepherd. She is professional, approachable and efficient yet friendly. It is so nice to know that should a situation arise I can contact her and know she will be there to assist me. Unfortunately it seems this is really quite rare today with some other banks. For me it means a great deal.
