Very helpful answered all my question and arranged opening of new account, very easy and quick

I, and many other of my contacts, feel you are missing out on a large part of the investment market by not offering monthly interest payments. Other firms who do offer this service have reported increase business. In the current conditions people would like money monthly rather than waiting 12-18 months.

It's easy to complete transactions online. The interest rates on fixed term deposits are very competitive as well.

It was difficult to set up the account onlline and I still haven't managed to do it. There should be an old fashioned option to do this and a statement by post or email would be good confirming how much interest the investment is going to make Eventually, I managed to speak to someone in person which was reassuring. However I opened a 1 year fixed bond and I haven't received a confirmation document yet? Carol

The phone is answered promptly and the personal service is excellent. Getting the online service set up andto operate easily continues to be the only weak area of communication. I do not find it at all user friendly.

Helpful staff, and being able to speak to someone on the phone, a facility which many organisations seem to be unable to provide.

Efficient and helpful

There was a long wait before a response after my application. Then, I provided information in advance of the closing date for a fixed interest bond, but I could not pay in because I did not yet have a confirmed account (15 November was the closing date). It took until 21 November before my account was opened and my money received. It was not clear if I would still be eligible for the vehicle I had opted for in advance of the 15/11/22 closing date, or if my money would be invested in the new product closing in January. This uncertainty caused some concern and my suggestion would be that once an application is made by a certain date it is made clear to the customer that even if money cannot be sent in time, processing the account is for that vehicle.

Customer Service was one thing they do well by keeping the customer well informed and contact via telephone is good, especially by not having to wait forever for someone to pick up.

Excellent. The lady with whom I spoke on the phone resolved the problem which I had encountered quickly and professionally.
