I was impressed by the advice I found on Skiptons website and when I went into the office, I was assisted quickly and efficiently.

They responded to our requirements very quickly and to date have communicated very effectively.

Skipton international is great. Speedy reply answering telephone calls, always polite and helpful, very well spoken and clear. Only 1 comment. I have a security password whereby I am asked for the 3rd and 5th letter for example but this is not always used. I would prefer to go through this security check each time.

Every aspect of the application for a new account was straight forward from the initial online form filling to the verification process.

The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because when they emailed my husband and me with our new account details they had sent the message addressed to me to an incorrect email address meaning information had been sent to someone else. However once they were informed of the mistake it was corrected and when I had problems transferring funds to the new account (due my own fault) Aaron was very helpful.

Straightforward account opening process. Very refreshing ti be able to speak to someone in the actual Branch if there is a query!
