The letter you sent reminding me of the expiry of a 3 year bond took nine days to reach me (in the South of France). You need to use a Euro stamp! I sent back the transfer form but had no acknowledgement for a couple of weeks. It would have been helpful to have had an email just saying you had received and acted on the instruction. Otherwise I have always found everyone very helpful at Skipton.

I have only been a client for a couple of years and so far I have had excellent service with very pleasant people on the other end of the phone.

I would recommend Skipton for short term savings and I would reinvest myself.
