Happy to get a solid mortgage from a UK lender. All the staff were helpful and followed up. Only thing that could improve is the paperwork process which was rather cumbersome.

I initiated the process around the middle of March and matters were concluded seven and a half months later at the end of October. I will leave whoever reads this to draw their own conclusions. SPF (broker), Skipton's surveyor, Skipton International, JMW (my solicitors) and Skipton's solicitor will each, I suspect, point fingers at each other. They replied promptly - and had the courtesy (not to mention the good training) to add a legible signature to their communications - and not a generalised tag such as 'Customer Service Team'. Also they had the politeness to address me as **personal information removed by Feefo** and not to use my Christian name !!
