Replies to any queries are always prompt, clearly explained, and carefully neutral. I have never felt ‘pushed’ by them. This applies to email, phone calls, and snail mail, and they are always polite and cheerful, making one feel valued. I am kept fully informed of any legal or regulatory changes.

I received very friendly and helpful advice on the telephone. I have only given three stars because an instruction letter I had sent to skipton regarding my maturing deposit had been ignored. This error was rectified promptly and I received an apology for this mistake
