Only had one small problem with them, so I contacted them by post. They sorted it and emailed a response to me within 48hrs.

Could be quicker to review submitted applications and documents.

I have found the Skipton staff to be helpful, friendly, and they action my requests efficiently and quickly.

Unfortunately I can not remember the name of the lady who I spoke to but she was competent, efficient and most helpful. She gave all the necessary information and in due course I shall transfer more funds to Skipton International. Please keep it up. Many of the banks are not interested or do not understand the meaning of 'customer service'!

The service I received when I called in to review my accounts was professional and helpful. The young man that attended to me was knowledgable and made suggestions on how I could increase my interest. He completed the form for me (with my consent) and I walked out happily, and relaxed. A couple of days later I received the necessary paperwork in the post, which was exactly as discussed. Happy customer!!

The young woman who responded to my telephone call was friendly, helpful, informative and efficient. In 18 years banking with various Offshore Banks I know good service when I get it.

1. Skipton's well-trained telephone customer service staff - all I have dealt with for several years - are always very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. 2. Whoever designed the customer service process is a customer service genius. Totally unlike the kind of 'demanding' customer service process in well known Banks, whose staff are compelled to go through a tortuous, excessive ID process (which serves no purpose beyond Skipton's process) and in doing so become somewhat curt. The positive difference between them and you is huge. 3. Along the same lines, Skipton's products are described clearly, in Plain English, and the ROI, though piddly, is almost higher than the aforementioned Bank group.
