Always very helpful and efficient, I have only dropped one star because on this occasion they sent me faulty paperwork, but quickly corrected it when i informed them

Easily contactable by phone - questions answered clearly - clarification of events explained clearly - all conducted in a businesslike but friendly manner.

From my first contact with Skipton I have always received excellent service right through from the initial telephone conversation and consequent follow up.

Yet again Skipton have made the whole process of buying a property a lot less stressful. Full credit to the staff for their professional approach. A special mention to Mr Paul Hyde for guiding us through the process, a credit to the company and a pleasure to deal with.

Efficient, quick and friendly

I do not need to contact Skipton often as all the info/statements I require reach me through the post. However, on the few occasions that I have had need to contact them I have always been satisfied with their prompt replies and good service

I was able to change some accounts and open a new one very simply.

Excellent so far! Very efficient and security aware. We're still awaiting our bond certificates but whole process very smooth.

The response to my telephone call was efficient and professional. The person who dealt with my call sorted things out quickly. The lack of a fifth star is because after a few weeks I had not heard anything to say that my two new accounts had been set up as requested on the phone - only a statement to show that the old account had been closed. Hence I had to ring Skipton to check that the money from the old account had gone into the two new Skipton savings accounts etc. Skipton dealt with my enquiry quickly. They were efficient on the phone and helpful to me.
