Fantastic,helpful service, I mainly dealt with Lucy who really couldn't have done more for us during an already stressful time. She explained everything really well and didn't once make us feel not important, we had a really good 'personal' experience and will send be recommending Skipton!

Whilst our mortgage isn't at the best rate it is very flexible with the ability to pay about extra, we also weren't tied as much with age restrictions like some of the bigger banks - this made it a lot more easier and I would definitely say the flexibility is a big plus
