Any music played is not on an irritating cracked or wonky cassete tape, the assistants who answer the phone are always polite and helpful. They can handle information and requests efficiently,

My fixed deposit matured and it was a simple exercise to open an individual access account and transfer the capital and interest to the new account.

Simple to open an Individual Access account. I would have reinvested on a fixed term account but the interest rates are low at the moment so I preferred to have the instant access.
