Yes, the service is always reliable. E.g. if someone checks something, and says
they will phone back....They always do so.
The one complaint, I can bring to mind, if new accounts are opened, I am not informed. I have to go to your website.

I have always had a good service but the last experience was a bit worrying as I had opened new accounts to transfer money from existing accounts, but saw the money leaving my existing accounts and received paperwork, but it was some time before I received the paperwork for the new account so was not sure where the money was sitting, despite being told I would get paperwork within a couple of days.

Interest rates have been fair, given market conditions. My communications with the Bank have been via the telephone at all times the staff I have talked to have been courteous, efficient and unlike the big five banking sector staff are always available at the end of the phone. Skipton certainly are good at customer relations.

Real lack of choice of deposit rates in guernsey, best of the bunch but still well below inflation so savings constantly being eroded of time because of the banking crises 2008 and the moronic quantative easing by the Bank of England that only helps banks and the rich.
