Reasonably hassle free, most issues dealt with over the phone, without having to send archaic 'faxes' like Natwest insist on .... #$%^&*()

I am always looking for the most attractive and secure saving rates and Skipton have always been among the most competitve. I hope that continues. I have found the staff to be courteous and they have always handled my accounts very efficiently.
