During the years that I have dealt with Skipton, first of all the Staff have always been so helpful in explain details of the product that you are wanting information on whether it be a bond or other type of account .Secondly in my experience your Bonds and Deposit account Rates are usually higher than other banks in the Channel Islands. I am very happy all round to have my Hard earned Savings in safe hands. S.G Speight

Team are very approachable, responsive and deliver

When my investment was due to mature, I asked them to reinvest the capital for a further 2 years, and to credit the accrued interest to my Current account with Nat West. The investment was reinvested but the interest was not credited to my Current account. I phoned to query where the interest had gone. They then put the matter straight and apologized. Because of this error my investment was then placed in another a/c at 1.8%, slightly higher.

Friendly welcoming staff. Easy and straightforward methods of depositing money or transferring from one Skipton account to another. Easy access to a member of staff on the phone.

From the beginning and throughout the transactions we made all the staffing spoke to were very friendly and able to answer my questions clearly and act swiftly to ensure my transactions were dealt with in a very professional manner

I would recommend to other people and they were very quick and effectice at getting the mortage sorted, Shane was a great help
